The vineyard

The wine production is located at Quincy, one of the oldest Loire’s Appellations d’Origine Contrôlée (the AOC was obtained in 1936). We started our vineyard adventure in 1995 with 1.5 hectare. This surface grew up to 5 hectares in the beginning of the years 2000.

The wine making process takes place in the collective cellar of the Cave Romane de Brinay. This cellar vinifies wine for 14 different domains and permits to share resource in order to look for the best quality. Wine making processes are adapted to each wine grower, depending on the quality of his grapes, the terroir, and the type of wine he wants. There is no standardisation !
